After sales support and Service – it is matter of honor to be able to help our customers wherever they are in the world.

We have thus established a worldwide network of representatives. This means that we have one or more service technicians stationed in every major port. These technicians work together with local service companies in order to provide our customers with optimum service and help 24/7 practically anywhere in the world.

In the following countries, we have agents or subsidiaries that can help and arrange service and spare parts for you whenever necessary:

Training center

We can also provide training of our product range at Jowa’s facilities in either Goteborg, Sweden or in Shanghai, China.
The training programs can be tailor made for your crew and your applications, even on board your vessel if preferred. The advantage of training your crew is obvious. A well trained crew will achieve your company’s environmental profile better, your credibility as serious ship owner will increase in presence of port state control. Operations will run smoothly as the crew is updated and well educated.
